Two years ago Hotel Zara became a BEACH NORDIC WALKING HOTEL, ideal for lovers of Nordic Walking, the new sports discipline that is rapidly becoming popular all over the world. We offer three levels of Nordic Walking experience – wellness, fitness ands sports level – so that each customer can find the type of sporting activity and exercises that most suit his/her physical condition, from a soft and therapeutic walk to a true aerobic workout or specific training for athletes. We provide our customers with the necessary equipment and Elena will be your trainer during your trips to the beach or in the hinterland.
PERSONAL TRAINER, PHYSIOTERAPIST AND RELAXION
Those who want to spend the day in a dynamic way, although enjoy a relaxing experience, cannot miss out on the Jacuzzis on the beach (fee-paying service). They can also drink a herbal tea with different properties such as depurative, anti-age or drainage infusions at our herbal tea corner. If you have postural problems or muscular contractures, you only have to relax and unwind in the expert hands of our physiotherapist.
Besides, Doctor Tontini, our trusted dietician, will advise you on the diet that is best for you, to be followed on holiday and at home. (Beauty treatments, physiotherapy, personal-trainer and dietician’s consultation are fee-paying services). ...And if specific treatments offered at the hotel are not enough, you can always try special therapies in nearby Riccione’s Thermal Resort.
